Applications, Cards, And Restrictions For Permanent Resident Canada

Canada PR is a status that grants individuals who are not citizens of Canada the right to live and work there without being subject to any kind of time restriction on their stay in the country. A foreign national must submit applications to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, which was formerly known as Citizenship and Immigration Canada, in order to become a permanent resident.
